Return Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return Window: Undamaged merchandise, accompanied by the original receipt, may be returned within three days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
- Returns beyond this period will not be accepted unless explicitly authorized by management due to special circumstances.
Plant Health & Damage Exclusions
Because plants are living products, their health depends on proper care and environmental conditions. Certain types of damage are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Weather-related damage, such as frost, extreme temperatures, excessive heat, heavy rain, or high winds.
- Damage resulting from improper care, including insufficient watering, overwatering, lack of sunlight, or unsuitable soil conditions.
- Pest infestations or diseases that develop after purchase due to environmental factors.
To help maintain plant health, we encourage customers to follow proper care guidelines. If you need advice, our staff is happy to assist with recommendations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final Sale Items: All sale and discounted merchandise is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom Orders & Special Requests: Items specifically ordered for you are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
- Gift Cards & Store Credits: Store credits issued from returns cannot be converted to cash and must be used for future purchases.
Price Adjustments
Banotai Greenhouse does not offer price adjustments. The price paid at checkout is final. If an item goes on sale after purchase, we cannot apply retroactive discounts.
